We have done an energy audit in the facility. Object was ocupied for about 350 people that were there almost all the time. It has a kitchen that makes 3 meals each day for people living there and additional 500 diners for people in need around the city. We have calculated new layers of insulation, windows replacement and adding 300 kW air to water heat pumps that can reduce the gas usage, especialy for domestic water. There were also PV calculations for 50 kWp and it will be efficient to install it on a roof.
